Dr. David Tabaroki is a highly accomplished oral and maxillofacial surgeon based in Forest Hills, New York. With more than two decades of surgical experience, he is the founder and owner of multiple successful practices, including Queens Blvd Oral Surgery, Jamaica Estates Oral Surgery, and Gramercy Dental Group. Born in Tehran, Iran, Dr. Tabaroki immigrated to New York at the age of 12. His academic excellence quickly distinguished him. He earned a full scholarship to Yeshiva University and later received a full scholarship to NYU College of Dentistry, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class with honors and Dean’s List recognition. He completed four years of advanced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training at Montefiore University Hospital, one of the nation’s most respected surgical residency programs. His rigorous training laid the foundation for his precision-driven, patient-centered surgical philosophy. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Tabaroki has built a reputation for clinical excellence, advanced surgical techniques, and compassionate care. His practices integrate modern technology with personalized treatment planning, serving patients across Queens, Manhattan, and Long Island. Outside of medicine, Dr. Tabaroki is a devoted husband and father of five. He resides in Long Island and enjoys following the New York Giants, Knicks, and Yankees.
